1) Eligibility / age requirement

Never lose track of your favorites with our intuitive collection management feature, ensuring all your top picks are just a tap away.

3) Account registration & security

  • Account information: you may provide name, username, and email.
  • Your responsibility: keep credentials confidential and notify us of unauthorized use.

4) License & acceptable use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

  • Do not use the Service for unlawful or harmful purposes.
  • Do not reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code, except where prohibited by law.
  • Do not interfere with the Service or attempt unauthorized access.
  • Do not upload content that infringes others’ rights or violates law.

5) User content

You retain ownership of content you provide (such as wardrobe images and item details). You grant Eniphi a limited license to host, store, reproduce, process, and display your content solely to operate and provide the Service and features you request. This ends when your content is deleted, subject to lawful retention.

6) Optional automated / one-time processing

Some optional features may involve automated, one-time processing of images or text (for example, generating an outfit collage or helping organize items). If you choose to use such features, you authorize us to process the content to provide the requested output. You control whether to upload and generate output.

We do not perform face recognition for identification and do not create biometric templates for identifying you.

7) Purchases & App Store terms (if applicable)

If paid features are offered, purchases may be processed through Apple’s in-app purchase system and are also subject to Apple’s terms and policies.

8) Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by the Eniphi Privacy Policy.

9) Intellectual property

The Service (excluding your content) is owned by Eniphi or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. No rights are granted except as expressly stated in these Terms.

10) Feedback

If you submit feedback, you grant us the right to use it without restriction or compensation, unless prohibited by law.

11) Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if needed to protect the Service, users, or our rights, or if you violate these Terms.

12) Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind.

13) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eniphi is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Eniphi’s total liability will not exceed the greater of (A) the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim or (B) USD $10.

14) Governing law; binding arbitration; class action waiver

These Terms are governed by the laws of Eniphi Team’s principal place of business, without regard to conflict of laws principles, except where prohibited by applicable law.

  • Binding arbitration: unresolved disputes will be resolved via binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
  • Class action waiver: disputes will be brought only on an individual basis, to the extent permitted by law.
  • Exceptions: small claims court (if eligible) and certain injunctive/equitable relief as allowed by law.

15) Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be effective as of the new effective date. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
